Studio Apt. #9 – Available April 15

Thank you for your interest in learning more about becoming a member/share-holder of our housing cooperative. This post provides basic information about our property and our community. Please search our website for additional information about our community.

The unit available to a new member is a studio of 400 square feet with a monthly assessment of approx. $450, and a membership share value of $11,000.

Apt. #9 is a second floor studio walkup (no elevator). It is on the south side of the building. There is one window in the main room, and one in the dinette/kitchen. Units are unfurnished except for stove and refrigerator.

All members contribute labor to govern, manage and maintain this 22 unit, 1920s Spanish style building, located near UC Berkeley/Berkeley BART. The Coop reviews assessments annually with the goal of having well-maintained housing at moderate cost. We are not a collective group housing or co-housing.

We will review all applications sent to us BY WED. FEB 15 2017.
We will contact, around March 5th, applicants whom we wish to interview.
Interviews will take place sometime between March 6th and March 13th.
We will show the unit to those applicants we select for an interview.
Our final decision will be made by mid-March with a target move in date between April 15th and May 1st.
