Apartment 10

#10 is a second-floor studio unit (walk up, no elevator). It is on the north side of the building, with units on both sides. There are two windows in the main room, and one in the dinette/kitchen.

Other details:

• ~450 square feet.
• Small dinette off kitchen.

September 2009. Built in fixtures remain in apartment, others will be removed by current Member. Shades/blinds may be negotiable with vacating Member.
